THE DESIGNER
When I'm not cutting and folding prototypes and sketching out ideas for the next new die-cut or laser-cut card in the Nib & Tuck collection, I work as a freelance graphic designer in Vancouver, BC Canada.

What gives me passion for design is knowing that it can have an extremely powerful influence on the way people think and the decisions they ultimately make. In a world that bombards us daily with messages and calls to action, it's important that my work have meaning. In all my work I strive to minimize clutter and maximize impact.

THE REST OF ME
I love reading books made of paper, not pixels, and writing letters that get posted, not emailed.

'Less-is-more' is not just true of my design work. It is also true of the way I live my life.

I continually strive for balance and simplicity in a world of diversions, disposability, and excess. I find it by making decisions that are as gentle on the earth as possible. I also find balance in the company of my four-legged friend who went from unwanted stray to dog-of-many-talents in less than a year.
